Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Lala Shoes. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds.

Return Eligibility

  • The product must be unused and in the original packaging.
  • Returns are only accepted for defective or faulty products. Returns due to "Change of Mind" are not eligible for a refund. However, if a return is processed for "Change of Mind," a 10% deduction from the shoe price will apply.
  • Claims for returns must be made within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • No returns or exchanges are allowed on discounted/sale items.

Return Procedure

If you need to return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Send the product back to our address using any courier service available in Pakistan (e.g., Pakistan Post, M&P, Leopard, or TCS).
  2. Once we receive the product, our customer service department will contact you to obtain your Bank Account details or Easypaisa details for processing the refund.

Return Exceptions

Returns cannot be accepted in the following scenarios:

  • "Change of Mood" reasons.
  • Size issues where the ordered size matches the size chart provided on our website. However, you can exchange the size following our exchange policy.

Exchange Policy

  • All sizes are in EURO; please refer to the attached size chart and guide before requesting a size exchange or placing an order.
  • Size exchanges will be processed within 7 days.
  • A delivery charge of Rs.300/- will apply for size exchanges.
  • The customer is responsible for bearing the delivery charges when sending the product back to us for exchange.
  • If you received a defective product, no charges will apply for the exchange or refund.

Refund Overview

  • Our refund policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

No Returns / Exchange / Claims on Used Items

Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or claims on used items.
